Our Story

This is a space to share more about the business: who's behind it, what it does and what this site has to offer. It’s an opportunity to tell the story behind the business or describe a special service or product it offers. You can use this section to share the company history or highlight a particular feature that sets it apart from competitors.

Let the writing speak for itself. Keep a consistent tone and voice throughout the website to stay true to the brand image and give visitors a taste of the company’s values and personality.

Our Approach

Finding a candidate that empowers and strengthens the entire Leadership Team is our goal. Having the right experience and hard skills are hygiene factors to us.

To understand  your company's playing field and what your Leadership Team needs to grow, we use 4 tools:

  • A questionnaire and conversations with key stakeholders to define company success.

  • The Big Five Personality assessment to understand personal behavior and attitudes, strengths and potential risks.

  • A Leadership Archetype model to understand team roles

  • The Job Fulfillment Matrix

These tools combined are also applicable for Leadership Due Diligence input. Contact us if you want to know more.

Big Five Personality

We are all unique. Our personality comes with us wherever we go.It influences how we approach the world, our work and relationships.

We all have similarities and differences in our motivations, attitudes and behaviour – it’s what makes us who we are. The way we behave and interact with others depends on our own make-up. Therefore, when we understand ourselves and others we are able to develop, work more effectively and build stronger relationships.

Facet5 is one of the most modern, customer-friendly and reliable online personality questionnaires. The Facet5 Personality Profile provides the foundation for this self-awareness and personal development. We are certified Big Five assessors.

Leadership Archetypes

Everybody leader plays an active within their team. Ideally this is a role that perfectly fits your energy, strengths and values. Roles can be described by using archetypes.

Looking at the 8 archetypes, which archetypes resonates best with you?

In general people tend to have 1 or 2 main archetypes - the foundation of the house, and 1 or 2 archetypes that can be used contextually.

A balanced team is complementary in it's archetype set-up. And a great fit for the company's phase. A startup requires a different type and constellation of leaders compared to a mature tech company.

Job Fulfillment Matrix

The Y axis represents how energizing or draining a task is, with the very top being “this task is extremely energizing for me” and the bottom being “this task completely drains me”.

The X axis represents our competence at a given task. This can be based on how competent you feel, how your feedback from others looks, or a combination of the two. At the far right is something that you’re really good at, and at the left is something that you struggle to get right.

The blue zone shown at the top-right of this matrix is where fulfillment lies. In an ideal role, most — if not all — of the tasks we do will fall into this blue zone.
